Delete your Sarvoday Computer account
How to request account deletion
Use any one of these methods. You do not need to stay logged in to send a request.
- Web form (this page): fill the form below with your name and the email or mobile number used in the app.
- Email: help@sarvodaycomputer.in — subject: Delete Sarvoday Computer account. Include your name, registered email/mobile, and whether you use Google Sign-In or institute student login.

- On your phone: after deletion is done, uninstall the app or use Logout to clear the local session.
What data is deleted
After we verify the request, we delete or deactivate the following data linked to your Sarvoday Computer app/website account:

| Google Sign-In / app account (name, email, Google user ID, profile photo URL, login session) | Deleted or permanently deactivated. You will not be able to sign in with that account. |
| Free-study progress, mock attempts, reading history tied to the app account | Deleted with the account. |
| App wallet / device login logs for that account | Deleted or deactivated. |
| Contact messages sent only for this deletion request | Kept only until the request is completed, then removed from active support queues. |
What data may be kept, and for how long
| Data | Retention |

| Institute student records (admission, attendance, fee receipts, certificates, Aadhaar collected at admission) | Kept as institute records as required by law and institute policy. These are not the same as a Google Play app login. Contact us if you also want these reviewed. |
| Backup copies of deleted app-account data | Removed from backups within 90 days. |
| Ads data held by Google AdMob / AdSense | Controlled by Google. We do not store your advertising ID on our servers after account deletion. Use Google’s ad settings to reset advertising ID on the device. |
| Information we must keep for legal, tax, fraud or dispute reasons | Only as long as the law requires, then deleted or anonymised. |
We complete verified app-account deletion within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the email or mobile number before deleting data.
